History & Background

Bob Dubraski and his original partners established a privately-held, independent brokerage firm in the early 1990's and were affiliated with the Sullivan Group. The company worked primarily with hospitals, health plans and physician organizations throughout the United States and provided services in most areas of the business i.e. property & casualty, employee benefits and managed care stop-loss. The firm grew to become the nation's largest managed care broker, placing over $100 million in provider excess insurance and HMO reinsurance.

In 1999 the company merged with Aon, the second largest brokerage company in the world. As a result of the merger, the partners along with key senior Aon executives organized Aon's national health care practice. Bob later established and led the national managed care practice. These practices together represented over $1.0 billion of insurance premium and self-insurance funding in most all areas of the business.

In 2003, Bob left Aon in order to re-establish the company as a privately-held, independent consultant and broker focusing exclusively on the health care industry. The firm today contains some of the original team members as well as health care specialists from the most prominent brokerage firms, consulting organizations and insurance companies.
