Our sole focus is delivering superior value to health care organizations and our business model ensures that there are no conflicts of interest (i.e. we do not own or control any actuaries, risk managers, claims administrators, international brokers, captive managers, etc.) In addition, we do not have a financial interest in any insurance companies or underwriting facilities. Since our inception, Dubraski & Associates has decided not to accept contingents or backend compensation from insurers.

However, Dubraski & Associates provides clients with global access to the insurance marketplace that is equal to, if not greater than that of the largest firms in the business. Dubraski & Associates was formed to build a stronger value proposition for health care organizations across the United States. Having all worked for large, publicly-traded brokerage and consulting firms in the past, our associates believe that the traditional service model established decades ago is not sufficient nor viable in addressing the unique and changing needs of the health care industry.
